Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time Autumn Lake at Southgate | Carneys Point, NJ $34–$38/hour | Full-Time | Benefits We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Southgate. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide hands-on therapy while helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and everyday function. What You’ll Do Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist residents with strengthening, balance, gait training, transfers, endurance, and mobility Follow individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the therapy team Reinforce exercises and safe mobility techniques with residents and caregivers Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and other interdisciplinary team members What We Offer $34–$38/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education support Supportive and collaborative rehabilitation team Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Opportunities for professional growth Qualifications Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license required Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Strong communication and teamwork skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduate PTAs are welcome to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
