Round One Entertainment is looking to hire Customer Service Associates for our Amusement Department. Are you into video games, bowling, or karaoke? Are you friendly and outgoing? Benefits 1 hour of non‑prize arcade play per week 90 minutes of bowling per week (shoes included) 1 hour of karaoke/billiards per week 50% discount on food items per working shift 1 complimentary beverage per working shift Essential Duties Engage customers during assigned shifts to determine whether their needs are met Maintain inventory levels for amusement games Keep games, counters clean and visibly attractive to customers Respond to customer requests promptly, politely, and with a friendly demeanor Answer phone calls for all general inquiries Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management Non‑Essential Duties Conduct alcohol and age restriction checks per company policies Conduct lost and found procedures per company policies Seek constant improvement or more efficient ways of performing department work processes Maintain confidentiality of all company policies and procedures Maintain a clean and safe working area Qualifications High School diploma or GED and a minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment Must be at least 21 years old to handle alcohol Work Environment Regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment with high levels of noise, dust, and activity Noise levels are usually loud Physical Demands Regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces Required to stand and walk for extended periods, particularly during busy times; use of hands/fingers for handling and reaching is necessary Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance is required The above job description identifies the essential job functions and skills needed by the person or persons assigned to this position.
