Member Services Concierge: Front Desk & Guest Experience
Equinox
Equinox is seeking a front desk team member in Los Angeles to greet members, scan IDs, answer calls, and assist guests with inquiries. You will update member accounts, maintain a clean workspace, and support other departments as needed. The role requires 1 year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills in person, email, and phone.
