Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for an Assiatant Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position.

Listed pay of $50k or higher depending on experience- includes base salary + bonuses.

Responsibilities

Exceed sales objectives by mentoring an in-home sales team toward achieving success.

Conduct interviews and onboard new sales personnel.

Provide training and development for team members through individualized and group sessions.

Emphasize the importance of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.

Maintain team engagement and motivation through tailored strategies.

Requirements

No degree or certification is needed.

Experience leading sales teams with a minimum of 1-3 years.

Strong personal sales track record.

Willing to follow our proven sales system.
