Group Product Manager

The Role CompanyCam is looking for a Group Product Manager to lead a small team of PMs focused on in-app communication and project organization tools. This player‑coach role involves hands‑on discovery, roadmap prioritization, delivery, coaching direct reports, and building shared strategy across the group. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a team of 2 Product Managers, fostering their growth while maintaining hands‑on involvement in key initiatives Lead discovery efforts to consistently deliver value for our biggest customers Build and maintain relationships across engineering, data, design, finance, and marketing teams, proactively sharing insights and achieving cross‑functional alignment Impact You’ll Have Drive growth through comprehensive, end‑to‑end initiatives that span insight generation, experimental design, and cross‑functional execution Launch new features, build new mobile and web experiences, craft product briefs, and define success metrics to ensure we know if we’ve hit the mark with our efforts What You’ll Bring 7+ years of product experience, with at least 2 years of team leadership or mentorship experience Proven track record of driving business impact through data‑driven experimentation, breaking down complex problems with curiosity and analytical rigor Strategic thinker who looks around corners and communicates complex ideas clearly Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, empowering others rather than doing everything yourself Ability to balance hands‑on execution with team leadership, knowing when to dive deep and when to delegate Background reflecting a blend of analytical depth and product vision – whether a data analyst turned product person or a product person with a passion for data AI‑forward approach to work, using it as a force multiplier to tackle harder problems Continuous growth mindset, learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving Creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to solve complex problems Bonus Points Familiarity with Continuous Discovery Habits by Teresa Torres Experience developing solutions for in‑platform communications Experience in the construction or contractor industry Benefits & Compensation This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $190,000-$210,000 per year, based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
