Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and warehousing industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the operations supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Warrendale, PA

Pay Range: D.O.E

Shift: Daylight Monday through Friday - 8:00AM-5:00PM

What's the Job?

• Supervise daily activities and oversee hourly employees in the warehouse environment.
• Assign daily work tasks based on shipping schedules and operational needs.
• Conduct inventory counts, including annual physical inventories and cycle counts, to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels, reorder consumables, and manage inventory to support production and shipping.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and promote a safe working environment for all team members.

What's Needed?

• Associate's degree in a technical or business field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in production and warehousing.
• At least 2 years of prior supervisory experience in a related setting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with MRP/ERP systems.
