Regional Sales Manager - Construction Equipment Finance

Regional Sales Manager HireneXus partners with a leading provider of equipment financing solutions to add a Regional Sales Manager to cover the Riverside/San Bernardino area. This organization specializes in providing loans and leases to businesses in the construction industry. With a national presence, the team sources business through end‑users, equipment vendors, and manufacturers, handling transaction sizes ranging from $100,000 to $2,500,000. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with a passion for building strong customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Construction equipment sales experience is absolutely required. A finance background is not required but is a plus. Responsibilities Prospect new business at both end‑user and dealer levels. Maintain, build, and enhance existing customer relationships. Utilize the company’s CRM system to track, monitor, and market to customers, prospects, and dealers. Develop strong internal relationships with teams in credit, documentation, collections, and marketing. Initiate customer applications, coordinate closings, and handle ad hoc responsibilities within the assigned territory. Qualifications & Success Indicators Proven track record of sales success in equipment finance, equipment sales, or a related field required. Excellent communication skills, including written and phone interactions. Familiarity with the equipment finance process (preferred but not required). Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other business software. Commitment to providing stellar customer service and enhancing the customer experience. Strong motivation to grow a territory and build a robust book of business. Willingness and ability to travel as needed. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary & uncapped commission.
