React Developer

Job TitleIdentifies and manages existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role.Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.Follows written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities.Design, develop, code, and test complex technical solutions collaborating with senior engineers.May lead code/design reviews to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate planning at a team level.May begin to organize work and lead team to deliver features and solutions.Resolves complex production issues with independence by troubleshooting complex applications and systems independently.May begin mentoring junior engineers.Minimum Education/Experience requirements:Bachelor's degree in related field of study, ORCertification from an approved technical field of study, OR4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required.4+ years of software development experience demonstrating depth of technical understanding within a specific discipline(s)/technology(s)Preferred Education/Experience:Experience leading technical training, mentoring software developers in front-end development and performing code-reviewsExperience using the following Front-End frameworks and tools: CSS, HTML, JavaScript, REACT/REDUX, GITHUBExperience with CI/CD pipelines, accessibility, and automated testingExperience working across remote sites providing technical expertise, troubleshooting, and insight along with collaboration supportRequired Skills: React CSS/HTML JavaScript Git Basic Qualification: Additional Skills: Background Check: Yes Drug Screen: Yes Notes: This position will be in person right away. It will be a hybrid schedule, coming in one to two times a week. This role will also be a contract role for a total of two years with conversion within a year however it could be up to two years.
