Grease Solutions LLC is hiring a motivated, self-driven Outside Sales Representative to help grow our commercial customer base.

We specialize in commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning, deep cleaning, pressure washing, and related services for restaurants and other commercial kitchens.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with compensation for qualified business visits plus additional bonuses and commission when those visits turn into customers.

Compensation

• $4 per qualified restaurant/business stop
• $50 bonus for each signed 12-month service agreement
• 5% commission on the customer's first cleaning invoice
• 5% commission on the customer's second cleaning invoice
• Uncapped earning potential
• Commission is paid after the customer has paid Grease Solutions

You can still earn money for completing qualified prospecting stops even if the customer does not immediately make a purchase.

What You'll Do

• Visit restaurants and commercial kitchens in person
• Introduce Grease Solutions and our services
• Speak with owners, managers, and other decision-makers
• Leave company-provided marketing materials
• Identify potential hood-cleaning and kitchen-cleaning opportunities
• Gather accurate customer and contact information
• Follow up with interested businesses
• Generate estimates and sales opportunities
• Work toward recurring service agreements
• Communicate customer needs and opportunities back to our team

Jobber Documentation Required

Every qualified stop must be accurately entered into the Grease Solutions Jobber system .

Information should include, when available:

• Business name
• Correct address
• Phone number
• Contact or decision-maker name
• Email address
• Date of visit
• Notes from the conversation
• Services the customer may need
• Follow-up information

Stops that are not properly documented in Jobber will not qualify for the $4 stop payment.

Duplicate visits to existing customers or businesses already being actively pursued by Grease Solutions may not qualify unless approved in advance.

We Provide the Marketing Materials

Grease Solutions provides the brochures, cards, service information, and other approved marketing materials needed to represent the company.

You are not expected to design your own sales materials.

We are also a small company with a very short approval process .

• A new promotion
• Different marketing material
• A sales strategy
• A customer-specific offer
• A better way to approach a market
• Something you are hearing repeatedly from customers

You can bring it directly to company management.

There are no multiple corporate departments or long chains of approval. Most sales recommendations and requests are one decision away from approval .

Previous outside sales experience is helpful but not required.

Experience in restaurant services, commercial cleaning, pressure washing, pest control, HVAC, fire protection, facility maintenance, janitorial services, or other B2B industries is a plus.

Schedule

This position offers significant flexibility.

Most prospecting will take place during normal daytime business hours when restaurant owners, managers, and other decision-makers are available.

As an independent contractor, you will have flexibility in determining how you organize your prospecting activity while meeting agreed-upon requirements for qualifying stops and documentation.
