Virtual Medical Assistant

ATN Healthcare - - Responsibilities: Conduct telephonic pre-visit check-ins on patients assigned to your practice or practices; Spend 7-8 hours a day on the phone with patients to solicit and document pre-visit information; Confirm reason for the visit, review medication list, social determinants of health, gaps in care, and eligibility for assistance or referrals; Coordinate with providers and clinical/office staff to expedite on-site rooming for visits; Make approximately 30-50 calls per day to achieve 12-16 patient interactions and 20 minutes of registration for 12-15 patients
