Job Requirements: Associate's Degree - Nursing (Required) New hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire (Required) Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required Outpatient/Ambulatory RN experience strongly preferred Registered Nurse licensure (Required) ACLS PALS required or must be obtained within six months of hire BLS required Knowledge, judgment, and skills derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to meet complex health care needs at various stages of the life cycle Job Responsibilities: Conduct initial and ongoing patient/family assessments and document per policy. Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care based on patient needs and standards of care. Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to establish goals and discharge plans. Provide safe, ethical, and patient-centered care respecting diversity, dignity, and autonomy. Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition and emergency situations. Administer medications and treatments safely and monitor patient responses. Accurately execute and communicate physician orders and clinical information. Evaluate patient outcomes and revise care plans as needed. Perform technical skills and operate equipment according to policy and standards. Support unit operations through documentation, charge/resource roles, staff education, and professional development.
