We are actively seeking individuals who aspire to grow both personally and professionally and are dedicated to making a positive impact on our team, clients, and communities.Compensation:Pay: From $23.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience)Position Type: Part-Time Non-ExemptIn compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Compensation Differentials for this position are based on education, experience, training, and geographic location, as well as DWC's seniority and merit systems.Job Responsibilities:Assists with administrative and clerical duties as well as projectsReception desk coverage during business hours; Answers telephone promptly and professionally; maintains an organized and neat appearance of reception area; welcomes and monitors visitor access to office and notifies staff of visitors presence; answers phones as back-up or overflow when not covering the front deskCollects, processes and distributes office mailRuns office errands when neededWhat We're Looking For:Skills and AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to function well in a high-paced, professional services office atmosphereProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareLeadership and team management attributesEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GEDOther Job RequirementsValid driver's licensePhysical Requirements & Work EnvironmentStanding, sitting, lifting, occasionally carrying an estimated 20 to 40 poundsDaily/weekly repetitive motion, computer and desk workWhy Join Us:DWC is about YOU.
