We offer excellent staff to resident ratios and a clean, safe, and friendly work environment. Schedule & Compensation Schedule: Monday - Friday 2p-10p or 10p-6a (Retention Bonus of $7,000!) Responsibilities Provides compassionate care to residents in the Skilled Nursing (Nursing Home) neighborhood Responds to emergency calls and provides care as needed Communicates changes to resident health or vitals with DON and/or Physician Serves as a positive role model for C.N.A. and other clinical staff members Completes required documentation and ensures compliance with CMS, CDC and Piper Shores standards of care. Qualifications Current RN or LPN license in Maine CPR certification or ability to become certified Experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care facility preferred. Familiarity with dementia behaviors and ability to effectively communicate with individuals experiencing dementia. Warm and friendly demeanor with a positive approach to interacting with Seniors and co-workers Ability to stand and move for extended period of time, ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently required.
