Duties & Responsibilities: Will be based out of the local office and will be travel throughout the country as needed for equipment startups, demos & various customer meetings. Should have a good understanding on heavy equipment. This position is not necessarily going to directly repair the equipment, they will be more of an diagnostic analyst, troubleshooter for machine operators. They will educate customers on how to maintain the equipment. There will be almost 2 years of training by the current rep on how to handle the trouble shooting and warranty filing needs.
