Systems Analyst II, Epic Business *hybrid*

Overview The Systems Analyst II, Epic Business Applications leads the build, rollout, and support of the assigned application(s). Responsible for all aspects of application support to include but not limited to design and analysis, application configuration, testing, system documentation, and training if indicated. Functions as second‑level response for the assigned application(s) by communicating with end users of the system to understand issues and implemented solutions. Assists department management in the use of assigned applications to maximize department performance and management decision‑making. Acts as a liaison between IS, the customer department, and vendor(s). Licensure EPIC Certification in Area of Responsibility Preferred. Certified/Licensed/Registered in Field of Practice Preferred. Education Associate's Degree Business Preferred; Associate's Degree Healthcare Preferred; Associate's Degree Technology Preferred.
