Senior Technical Program Manager, RL Gyms

Salary: $148,700 - 201,200 per year Requirements:

• We will have the Senior Technical Program Manager own end-to-end delivery of RL Gym development programs, from requirements gathering and design through implementation, certification, and launch readiness.
• We will have the role drive alignment across engineering, science, and domain teams to define gym specifications, collection standards, and certification criteria.
• We will expect the role to understand gym harness architecture, evaluation frameworks, and agent benchmarking methods to make informed tradeoffs and unblock teams.
• We will partner with domain stakeholders across the company to identify high-value workflows suitable for gym development.
• We will define and enforce certification standards for RL Gyms so they meet our bar for agent evaluation fidelity and reproducibility.
• We will rely on the role to track gym development targets, manage pipeline throughput, and forecast delivery timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• We will have the role improve gym tracking tools, development workflows, and operational processes such as DPM tracking and standup cadences.
• We will expect the role to identify blockers early, escalate when needed, and develop mitigation plans to keep programs on track.
