Customer Service Manager

Our client is a leading visual solutions provider and looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join their growing team. In this role you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing an account management team to deliver exceptional client experiences, ensure successful execution of complex print and visual communication projects, and support long-term account growth. This role serves as a senior point of contact for key clients and plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, team development, and customer satisfaction. In this position, you will oversee projects from initial quoting through final delivery, ensuring all work meets quality standards, budget expectations, and delivery timelines. You will collaborate closely with sales, production, design, and logistics teams to streamline workflows, resolve challenges, and improve efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of leadership experience within commercial print, packaging, or the graphic arts industry, with a strong understanding of printing processes, substrates, and materials.
