Hybrid Position In Ormond Beach Or Orlando

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to support attorneys in managing litigated files and resolving legal disputes related to claims. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team.

What You'll Do

• Support attorneys with litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Manage case files, conduct legal research, and track case progress
• Prepare and summarize discovery, including records, depositions, and responses
• Coordinate witnesses, experts, and trial preparation activities
• Attend trials and assist attorneys as needed
• Collaborate with internal partners to execute litigation strategy
• Communicate with parties, witnesses, and stakeholders throughout the case lifecycle

Minimum Qualifications

• Paralegal degree or certification
• Three (3) years of paralegal experience, including first-party property experience
• OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and experience
