Law Firm Operations ManagerWe are a growing law firm and we are looking for an experienced Law Firm Operations Manager to help us continue to grow and improve our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of both offices
Oversee and support attorneys and staff
Improve office systems, procedures, and workflows
Assist with hiring, training, and employee management
Monitor productivity, deadlines, and workload
Manage technology, vendors, and office needs
Assist with billing, collections, and financial reporting
Help create a consistent and professional client experience
Work with the attorneys to develop and implement growth strategies

Qualifications

Experience managing or operating a law firm preferred
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Experience managing employees
Familiarity with legal technology and practice-management software
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to take initiative and get things done
Professional, dependable, and highly organized

The Opportunity
