- Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour - $17.00 per hour

Y lo hacemos en equipo.
Como miembro del equipo, trabajarás todos los días con 2 a 3 compañeros increíbles para ofrecer servicios de limpieza residencial y de oficinas pequeñas que realmente marcan la diferencia. Lo que harás:
- Aportarás tu energía y atención al detalle en cada limpieza
- Trabajarás codo a codo con tu equipo para completar las rutas diarias de manera eficiente y minuciosa
- Utilizarás nuestros suministros y equipos de alta calidad de forma segura y constante
- Mantendrás una comunicación fluida con tu Líder de Equipo sobre el progreso o cualquier problema
- Representarás a The Maids con una actitud positiva y profesional
- Participarás ocasionalmente en proyectos especiales de limpieza
- Conducirás un vehículo de la empresa hacia y desde los sitios de trabajo cuando sea necesario
Lo que buscamos:
- Licencia de conducir válida y asistencia confiable
- Actitud positiva y ética de trabajo fuerte — ¡el espíritu de equipo es imprescindible!
- Buen ojo para los detalles y la capacidad de seguir instrucciones
- Resistencia física para agacharte, levantar cosas, arrodillarte y mantenerte activo(a) durante el turno (hasta 50 lbs)
- Capacidad para pasar una verificación de antecedentes estándar
