United Talent Staffing is seeking a dependable  Production Coordinator  to support daily manufacturing operations. This role combines production floor oversight with attendance tracking, data entry, and inventory paperwork.

Pay & Schedule

• $14.00/HR
• 7:30am-3:30PM

Responsibilities

• Track employee attendance, call-offs, and break times; report staffing issues to supervisors.
• Enter production and inventory information into Macola and make material adjustments as needed.
• Print labels, production reports, and documents for each shift.
• Monitor basic product and packaging quality, separate questionable items, and notify the appropriate supervisor or inspector.
• Help reinforce dress code, PPE, and safety requirements.
• Support supervisors with shift paperwork and assist with production or quality duties as needed.

Qualifications

• At least six months of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Basic computer, data entry, reading, writing, and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication.
• Ability to learn production systems and work with both employees and supervisors.
