Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC) – Salary: $62 000 – $80 000+/yr FLSA Status: Exempt Position: Remote Full‑Time and Part‑Time available Work Environment Clinician‑led organization provides full administrative support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth and training. Care is clinically focused; administrative tasks are handled by a dedicated team. Responsibilities Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans. Provide individual and couples therapy; support psycho‑analytic and other evidence‑based modalities. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHR. Coordinate care with other providers, families, and school staff as necessary. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing supervision. For full‑time clinicians, ensure at least 32 available patient contact hours per week. Qualifications Master’s degree in behavioral science or related field. Full, unrestricted, current license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) required. Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate and meet deadlines. Comfort working with clients from diverse backgrounds. Successful completion of a background check. Stable and appropriate boundaries with clients. Preferred (but not required) Experience in community, group, or private practice. Paneling or credentialing with an insurance network. Multilingual or bilingual skills. Specialty area of practice.
