(USA) Cafe Lead

Position Summary Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners. Analyzes and applies information from multiple sources, monitors progress and results, and identifies and addresses improvement opportunities. Responsibilities Promotes and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Leads and participates in teams, sharing resources, coordinating and executing work assignments, and providing advice and feedback to ensure timelines and work quality. Supervises the team within the cafe, managing members to deliver on the business plan and contribute to overall success. Maintains in‑depth knowledge of floor and backroom operations, ensuring the cafe area meets company and regulatory standards for quality, inventory, sanitation, safety, and compliance. Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement. Drives business results, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and compliance with audit and standards. Teaches and trains the team, identifies training needs, and provides necessary skills for high quality products and career growth. Builds strong relationships, communicates with impact, energy, and positivity, and motivates and influences others. Acts with integrity, maintaining the highest standards of ethics and compliance and modeling Walmart values. Delivers results while putting the customer first and making decisions based on reliable information. Demonstrates curiosity, learning, calculated risk-taking, resilience, and continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team. Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Experience supervising a team. Food Handler Certification (Food Safety). Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 to $31.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
