RN MDS Coordinator

RN MDS Coordinator – Make an Impact in Skilled Nursing & Reimbursement! We are seeking an experienced RN with MDS expertise to oversee the assessment and reimbursement processes in a skilled nursing environment. As an RN MDS Coordinator , you will lead accurate and timely MDS assessments , collaborate with clinical and financial teams to optimize reimbursement, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Key responsibilities include documenting, coding, and developing individualized care plans to support quality resident outcomes and financial sustainability. Ideal candidates will have active RN licensure , a strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and case management reimbursement systems , and preferably experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Qualifications emphasize a detail-oriented approach , excellent organizational and communication skills , and knowledge of relevant regulations.
