- # CNA / Certified Nursing AssistantApply: No Telework: Seattle, WA: Part time: Posted Yesterday: End Date: October 8, 2026 (5 days left to apply): REQ-0000136893**Job Description****UW Medical Center-Northwest)****1E Ortho/Neuro** has an outstanding opportunity for a **Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Patient Care Technician (PCT)** position.**SCHEDULE:**90% FTE - 36 hours per weekNight shiftNo specific schedule**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*** Direct and indirect care to patients and their families under the general supervision of the Registered Nurse* Assist patients with activities of daily living: bathing, showering, dressing, getting in and out of bed or a chair, walking, using the toilet, and eating* Maintain a safe environment of care* Patient transportation* Prepare patients for surgery* Perform non-invasive lab procedures* Transport equipment and supplies* Assist with treatments* Perform various clerical tasks* Take vital signs**REQUIREMENTS*** Current, valid Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC) with WA State (please indicate your NA-C credential number on your resume)* High School graduation and six months experience involving direct patient care or customer service in a health care setting; OR equivalent education/experience.* Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider CPR card by start date----------------------------------------------**ABOUT UW MEDICAL CENTER-NORTHWEST**UW Medical Center is an acute care hospital located in Seattle with two campuses: Montlake and Northwest.
