Project Scheduler

Our client is supporting a large-scale, multi-phase manufacturing facility expansion and is seeking a Scheduler to help drive planning and execution efforts across the program. The team is currently executing Phase 2 of the expansion while simultaneously planning Phase 3, with individual projects ranging up to approximately $200M and spanning 18–24 months. This individual will support a design-build environment, integrating scheduling activities across engineering, construction, equipment suppliers, commissioning, and validation teams to ensure critical milestones and deliverables stay on track. Skills: 5–7+ years of project scheduling experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial, or related environments Strong experience with Microsoft Project (required); experience with Smartsheet and/or Primavera is a plus Ability to build, maintain, validate, and update project schedules from inception through execution Experience managing schedules for capital projects, facility expansions, or large-scale construction efforts Experience analyzing critical path activities, identifying schedule risks/pain points, and tracking progress against key milestones Ability to facilitate schedule reviews and coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, operations, and equipment suppliers Experience integrating equipment delivery schedules into broader project timelines Exposure to commissioning and validation planning activities is highly preferred Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment supporting the development and expansion of manufacturing operations #J-18808-Ljbffr
