Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll collaborate with a small but diverse caseload near Lodi, CA. You’ll work directly with eight students—six onsite and two receiving Home Hospital services. In addition, your expertise will help guide three Special Day Classes (SDC) through ongoing consultation, making a meaningful difference across the school community. Expect an average of 40-50 assessments each year, where your specialized knowledge will be essential.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Active California SLP credential
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong collaboration and consultation skills for working with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and adapt to varying student needs
• Familiarity with conducting assessments, writing reports, and following IEP protocols
• Commitment to in-person service; remote work is not an option for this assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to assigned students
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments throughout the school year
• Consult with educators in three SDC classes to provide strategies and support for students with speech/language needs
• Develop, implement, and document appropriate IEP goals; participate in meetings as required
• Track student progress and provide regular updates to families and the educational team
• Maintain compliance with state and district requirements for documentation and reporting
