Job Description Job Description The Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorder Center , part of the Department of Neurology , is seeking a full-time board-certified or board-eligible neurologist with specialized fellowship training in movement disorders. As a member of our dynamic outpatient practice, you will engage with a diverse patient population experiencing a wide range of movement disorders. The center is also involved in an active clinical trials program and has a strong emphasis on collaborative research, providing an excellent opportunity to integrate clinical responsibilities with academic pursuits. We are in search of an individual who demonstrates enthusiasm, inquisitiveness, and a dedication to patient care and education. Experience in managing deep brain stimulation and administering botulinum toxin therapy is highly desirable. Preferred Expertise: * Experience managing patients undergoing deep brain stimulation. * Proficiency in administering botulinum toxin injections for movement disorders. * Interest in fostering academic and research initiatives. Qualifications: * MD/DO or equivalent with board certification or eligibility in Neurology. * Completion of a fellowship in Movement Disorders. * Possession of an active and unrestricted medical license or eligibility for licensure in New York State. * A strong passion for education and mentorship. * Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
