This position is responsible for the sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces, contributing directly to food safety and hygiene standards. The Kitchen Steward supports the culinary team by managing dishwashing duties, waste disposal, and assisting with inventory management of cleaning supplies.
