General Manager (Family Focused Business)The General Manager will lead both the business and team operations of the school. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences with families, maintaining high lesson and safety standards, driving revenue growth, and building a positive, high-performing team culture. You'll work closely with the upper-level management team to ensure daily operations run smoothly while developing future leaders within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & OperationsRecruit, hire, train, and support staff of 20-30 people alongside the upper-level management teamOversee onboarding and development of new managersLead weekly management meetings and support daily operationsFoster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environmentEnsure opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently metCustomer ExperienceResolve customer concerns promptly and professionallyEnsure policies, procedures, and new initiatives are implemented effectivelyBuild strong relationships with families and maintain high service standardsMonitor and respond to customer feedback and reviewsSales & Financial PerformanceMonitor revenue, enrollment, conversions, and sales trendsSet and support weekly and monthly performance goalsSupport customer retention and re-enrollment effortsAssist with payroll management, scheduling, and cost controlOversee school financials and operational efficiencyAdministrative DutiesManage scheduling, payroll, and staffing needsCoordinate billing preparation and enrollment follow-upMaintain accurate records, receipts, and invoicesSupport staff evaluations, meetings, and ongoing training initiativesRequired Qualifications: What You'll BringPrevious management 2+ experience of managing a minimum of 10+ employees, ideally 20-30 employeesEnjoys interacting with people, customers, colleagues, employees, etc. Outgoing, caring, and friendly personality.Strong leadership, excellent verbal and written communication, and organizational/prioritization skillsAbility to multitask, problem-solve, and meet deadlinesExperience coaching teams and holding others accountable.
