The Bookkeeper plays a critical part in financial operations, compliance, and reporting by managing transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting internal and external audits. Key ResponsibilitiesRecord and classify financial transactions accuratelyProcess invoices, payments, and reconcile accountsIdentify and resolve discrepanciesMaintain organized, audit-ready financial recordsSupport reporting and month-end processesQualifications & Skills Required:2+ years of bookkeeping or financial operations experienceStrong Excel or Google Sheets skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to identify and resolve discrepanciesPreferred SkillsExperience with nonprofit accountingFamiliarity with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Gusto)Experience with reconciliations and audit preparationAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
