Senior Biostatistician (Oncology Clinical Studies)

Natera seeks a Lead Biostatistician to direct the design, analysis, and reporting of oncology clinical trials for molecular diagnostic tests. The role involves leading multiple studies independently, collaborating across functions, and applying innovative statistical methodologies to advance the oncology portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead statistical design and analytical planning for oncology clinical utility studies
- Serve as study statistician for multiple concurrent studies with cross-functional teams
- Author and review statistical deliverables including analysis plans, reports, and publications
- Mentor junior biostatisticians and recommend novel statistical approaches to improve departmental processes
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related quantitative field; Ph.D. preferred
- 4+ years of clinical trial biostatistics experience
- Expert knowledge of time-to-event analysis, censoring, competing risks, and survival modeling
- Expertise in adaptive designs, biomarker-informed designs, and power calculations
- Working knowledge of ICH, GCP guidelines, and CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM)
- Proficiency in R programming language
