Welcome guests warmly by smiling and making eye contact. Provide outstanding hospitality and service to all guests. Maintain solid product knowledge to answer questions and make order suggestions. Complete daily prep tasks given. Set up and maintain a clean workstation and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations. Take food orders, enter order information into the point‑of‑sale terminal, and process payments accurately. Prepare recipes by following strict guidelines and portioning techniques. Promptly prepare food within company time standards. Assist in stocking and cleaning throughout the shift. Constantly monitor and maintain food standards for recipe production, appearance, correctness, quality, and safety. Handle guest concerns and special requests by listening; informing a manager; and helping to resolve issues. Constantly move throughout the kitchen and restaurant. Assist with bussing and resetting tables. Operate a variety of kitchen equipment and tools. Assist with every facet of front of the house procedures to ensure an outstanding guest experience. Assist in stocking, dish upkeep, and general cleaning. Take out trash and boxes. Support team members including leadership. Execute effective communication skills. Exude positive attitude under stress. Contribute to a fun and professional work environment. Ability to execute follow‑through.
