Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with specialization in Operating Room to provide high-quality surgical nursing care. This role involves supporting surgical teams and ensuring patient safety throughout operative procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prepare the operating room for surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgeries.
• Ensure strict adherence to sterile techniques and infection control protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes during surgery.
• Document all relevant patient care and surgical activities accurately.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid RN license with current certification.
• Demonstrate experience in operating room or surgical nursing.
• Have knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
