Licensing Specialist

Position Overview Licensing Specialist in the Legal Department at Structural Group, Inc. located in Columbia, MD. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining licensing and state business registrations, managing the process of acquiring necessary licenses, and maintaining corporate records. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain existing licensing and state business registration for Structural Group’s corporate entities. Maintain the corporate database regarding these records. Proactively manage the process of determining and obtaining additional licenses and classifications necessary to support the company’s business plans. Maintain the corporate records for Structural Group’s corporate entities. Qualifications 2-4 years of experience managing corporate licensing, as a corporate paralegal, or in a similar position. Bachelor’s degree or related qualification (e.g., paralegal certificate). Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to identify issues, communicate them clearly, and engage appropriate team members for input and direction. Demonstrated willingness and desire to improve and expand existing skills.
