Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

What you'll do: Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to drive product adoption and exceed performance objectives Establish and maintain strong partnerships with neurologists, healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and key stakeholders across your territory Identify opportunities to expand market presence through thoughtful account planning and customer engagement Navigate complex healthcare systems, including payer and reimbursement landscapes, to support patient access Utilize data, insights, and strong business acumen to optimize territory performance Maintain accurate CRM documentation and operate with the highest standards of compliance and professionalism What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales success within specialty pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or diagnostic sales 5+ years of documented sales success with a consistent history of achieving or exceeding goals Neurology or epilepsy experience preferred, but high-performing candidates from other specialty markets will be considered Experience working within specialty pharmacy, HUB services, or product launch environments is highly desirable Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated individuals who embrace accountability, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial mindset Why consider this opportunity?
