Senior Hydrovac Sales Representative

Were you the kid who could sell lemonade for $20 a glass? Good. Now we need someone who can sell hydrovac services to people with real budgets and jobsites. If corporate job postings make your eyes glaze over, welcome. We care about the work you have won, the relationships you have earned, and whether customers call you back.

You will own construction and government sales for RCW Hydrovac across East Texas. Find the right contractors and public works teams, get us into the conversation before the bid is due, close the job, and make the customer want us back. Our operations team will work with you to deliver what you sell.

·  Bring in new revenue. Open contractor and public sector accounts, then turn the first job into the next one.

·  Build relationships with owners, estimators, project managers, superintendents, public works directors, utility leaders, engineers, and purchasing teams.

·  Hunt down real projects before they reach bid. Get RCW invited to quote and stay on the opportunity until it is won.

·  Handle vendor registrations and prequalification so RCW is ready when customers need a hydrovac partner.

·  Visit customers and jobsites, prepare sound scopes and quotes, and coordinate commitments with operations.

·  Keep a pipeline in HubSpot that is real, not imaginary: real buyers, real projects, honest timing, and a next step. Tell leadership what actually helps you close.

·  Five or more years of successful outside sales in construction, utilities, infrastructure services, municipal markets, or a related field.

·  A track record of closing new business and growing accounts, backed by established relationships in East Texas. Bring proven examples, not just ideas.

·  The judgment to tell a real lead from a time dump. You do not need someone holding your hand to manage a territory or follow up after a lost bid.

·  Strong scoping, quoting, negotiation, follow through, and HubSpot discipline; comfort visiting jobsites and traveling regularly inside east Texas; valid driver’s license.

Preferred:  Hydrovac, vacuum truck, underground utility, public bid, or vendor prequalification experience.

The primary territory is approximately 100-mile radius from Kilgore, TX with selected opportunities in a greater area. Apply with your résumé and a brief account of who you sold to, what you won, and how you earned the business. A sense of humor helps. A record of winning matters more.
