Assistant Project Manager

Salary up to $80K + Bonus eligible 100% company-paid health insurance Opportunity for professional growth and advancement Paid time off and holidays Collaborative, team-oriented work environment What You’ll Do Assist with planning, coordinating, and managing projects from start to completion Support project schedules, budgets, documentation, and timelines Coordinate with customers, vendors, internal teams, and project stakeholders Track project progress and help identify and resolve issues Prepare project documentation, reports, and updates Help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the project management team What We’re Looking For Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination, assistant project management or estimating IN construction, industrial services, heavy equipment, or crane & rigging - this is REQUIRED Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and follow-through Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Strong attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Systematic Business Consulting
