ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2017, and today I have a tight-knit team of four. Before becoming an agent, I served as an Agent Aspirant, and agency ownership has been a natural fit for me-especially since State Farm runs in my family. My dad, my brother, and I are all State Farm agents. I graduated from the University of Washington, I'm a pilot, and I love to travel whenever I can.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Evan Silvers - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
