Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation services in a rural clinic setting. The role involves managing a diverse patient caseload with opportunities for wound care certification.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with degenerative conditions, post-surgical recovery, and trauma.
• Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs.
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Adhere to travel compliance requirements and facility policies.
• Assist with wound care procedures if certified.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar clinical setting.
• Demonstrate proficiency in outpatient and inpatient therapy modalities.
• Maintain current references within the specialty.
• Be compliant with Tier 1 travel and RTO policies.
• Have the ability to work rotating weekends and flexible hours.
