Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our dietary team in a long-term care setting. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional who takes pride in creating delicious, nutritious meals while ensuring our residents receive exceptional dining experiences.

Alongside our Director of Food Services, the Executive Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, menu preparation, food quality and safety, inventory, and staff supervision while collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to meet the unique nutritional and dietary needs of our residents.

We're looking for someone with:

• Culinary leadership and kitchen management experience
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Experience with menu planning and large-scale food preparation
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Long-term care, healthcare, or institutional dining experience preferred
• A passion for quality food and resident-centered service

Salary range starting at $55,000 based on years of experience. Full Time, Exempt. May require evening and weekend availability and on-call responsibilities.
