Plastic & Wood Assemblers Entry Level: Hebron, Illinois

Our customer in Hebron, Illinois is looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Plastic & Wood Assembler to work full-time on 1st shift. In this role, you will assemble shutter components and ensure products meet quality standards in a production environment.

Responsibilities of the Plastic & Wood Assembler:

• Review orders and special instructions prior to assembly.
• Stock the assembly workstation with required materials.
• Inspect the quality of pre-fitted rails and tops.
• Insert louvers and centers and assemble bottoms using air or electric staplers.
• Cut panels to size using a radial arm saw.
• Assemble panels, tops, centers, and bottoms and secure components.
• Inspect finished products for defects and make corrections as needed.

Plastic & Wood Assembler Requirements and Qualifications:

• Basic assembly experience or willingness to learn and cross-train.
• Ability to read tape measurements and interpret work orders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to perform additional duties as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Pay for Plastic & Wood Assembler: $15.20$16.00/hour.
