This contract opportunity starts August 24, 2026, and runs through June 7, 2027, offering consistent, full-time work with a weekly schedule of 37.5 hours and a single-building assignment. You’ll collaborate closely with educators and families, focusing on a caseload of 40-50 students and providing essential psychological services.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification
- Experience in school-based psychological assessment and intervention
- Proficiency in conducting evaluations, writing IEPs, and leading student interventions
- Strong ability to communicate with students, faculty, and parents effectively
- Detail-oriented in managing documentation, data, and compliance requirements
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school climate
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct intervention strategies and counseling to students as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate on educational planning
- Consult with staff and parents to support student learning and behavioral success
- Ensure all evaluations and interventions adhere to state and federal special education regulations
