Job OverviewThis position is responsible for providing all basic legal services required as part of in-house legal team. The position is focused on regulatory matters primarily on Federal Energy Regulatory Commission matters involving certificate filings, tariff issues, rate cases, as well as general support of the Customer Service and Business Development departments. This position provides professional legal services, representation, guidance, and advice, performs legal research, drafts documents and pleadings. Responsibilities also include representing company in judicial or administrative proceedings and/or managing outside counsel representing company in such proceedings. Position will work under supervision of a more experienced attorney.
