Reporting to Critical Care Nursing Leadership and collaborating with Clinical Education and Quality, the Critical Care Nurse Educator will design orientation, validate competencies, align curricula to regulatory and safety standards, track education, support interviews and development plans, and drive unit-based improvement alongside friendly nurses and a diverse care team.
