Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Illinois physical therapist license
• Bachelor‘s Degree

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift days: Monday - Friday
• Scheduled hours: 36 per week
• Productivity expectation: 30 points
• Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient
• Coverage area includes White, Hamilton, Franklin, and Saline counties
