Your Responsibilities

• Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting: Oversee the entire search process, from initial intake to final placement.
• Serve as a Strategic Client Partner: Gain a deep understanding of your clients' hiring needs, challenges, and company culture.
• Utilize Strategic Sourcing: Tap into our proprietary CRM/ATS, as well as your network and effective communication strategies.
• Maximize Our Platform: Organize candidates, track outreach efforts, automate follow-ups, and stay consistently organized.
• Focus on Permanent Placements: Create lasting value for clients while generating lucrative commissions for yourself.
• Engage in Thought Leadership: Help elevate both our brand and yours in the marketplace.
