A premier, upscale eye care practice is seeking a polished, professional receptionist to join their dynamic team. With a main office in Wyckoff and additional locations throughout the area, candidates must be flexible and willing to provide coverage across offices as needed.

Job Description:

• Greeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Answering multi-line phones and directing calls appropriately
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Verifying insurance information and collecting patient payments
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality
• Assisting with daily administrative tasks and office organization
• Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
• Upholding the practice's high standards of service and appearance

Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a medical receptionist (eye care experience strongly preferred)

• Business professional dress code required
• Flexibility to work in multiple office locations as needed
