Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced and compassionate Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to a pediatric client in the comfort of their home in Manhattan, NY.

This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN with ventilator and tracheostomy experience who is looking for a consistent schedule and the opportunity to provide personalized care to a 9 month pediatric patient.

Position Details

Location: Manhattan, NY
Pay: $40.00 per hour
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Shift Options: Days or Overnights
Care Setting: One-on-one pediatric home care
Experience: Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required

Qualifications

Active New York State LPN license
Current BLS certification
Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
Pediatric nursing experience preferred
At least one year of recent nursing experience preferred
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver's license preferred
Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
Current PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years, if applicable
Proof of MMR immunity with lab report

As a Pediatric LPN with Affirmed Home Care, you will provide individualized nursing care to a pediatric patient in a one-on-one home environment. You will work closely with the patient's family and clinical team to help ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
