Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dentist for The Primary Health Network in Lewistown, Pennsylvania.
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $140,000-$180,000.
- Annual quality and productivity bonus.
- Student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000.
- 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer match.
- 160 hours Paid Time Off.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry in a progressive outpatient Community Health Center.
- Deliver preventive, restorative, and routine dental care while building long-term patient relationships.
- Practice bread-and-butter dentistry with strong clinical autonomy and experienced support staff.
- Collaborate with dental assistants and administrative staff to provide efficient, patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment planning.

- Tuesday-Thursday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.
- Friday 8:30 AM-12:30 PM.
- 4½-day workweek.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Current Pennsylvania Dental License.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- New graduates and experienced Dentists are encouraged to apply.
